  Neill Butcher – Managing Director / Senior Consultant

  Our business model is positioned around a transaction from beginning to end, and we have the resources dedicated to servicing every part of the transaction process.

  Neill has over 12 years' experience of international recruitment within the epayments, mobile and card payments sectors worldwide. He embarked on his recruitment career path in 1998, fast tracking into an Associate Director & Head of Payments role at Mortimer Alexander Knight & Charles Recruitment in 2000. Neill then joined LBHR as a Director Partner at LBHR International in 2001. In May 2003, identifying a gap in the marked for an agency dedicated purely to the card payments and epayments industry, Neill founded Headcount as Managing Director. In his current position he is responsible for the global strategic and commercial direction of the company.

  Richard Harrison – Sales Director

  My aim is to help develop, grow and support the business even further across its UK entity and future Pan European and International locations.

  Since graduating with a BSc Hons/MA in 2002, Richard has acquired 10 year’s recruitment experience, primarily in the IT markets. After spending 5 successful years with Computer People, Richard worked at a number of large scale, global recruitment companies such as Hays, PSD and Morgan McKinley where he has been responsible for building their high growth practices. Richard migrated from pure IT recruitment into more strategic business, change and transformation roles and ventured in to delivering senior level appointments.
  
  Richard joined Headcount in January 2012 as the company are the market leaders within the payments industry, his aim is to help develop, grow and support the business even further across its UK entity and future Pan European and International locations.

Commercial Team

  Michael Gray – Consultant

  I am responsible for driving and growing the company contract and permanent technology desk leveraging from the headcount key client portfolio Globally.

  After graduating from Birbeck in Business Economics, Michael has embarked on a successful four year career path with two leading Card/Payments IT/Technology Recruitment companies. Michael joined headcount in May 2010 at an exciting stage of company growth, he will be responsible for driving and growing the company contract and permanent Technology desk leveraging from the headcount key client portfolio Globally.

  Sara Barnett – Consultant

  My aim is to extend further our experience of Search and Contingency services within our key client portfolio, concentrating with a particular emphasis in the Acquiring, Payment Processing and PSP sectors.

  Sara was headhunted from a large PLC where she was managing the cards and payments desk. She moved to Headcount in 2009 where she has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organisation and Commercial Team. Sara's true specialism excels within the Sales and Marketing disciplines and has had a huge success placing candidates into card acquiring/Processing, issuing and ecommerce Payments Service Providers. Sara has the ability to communicate at every level with a style that transmits an infectious energy that instantly builds long term relationships with Clients and Candidates alike, she always fully comprehends their needs and delivers the solution.

  Luke Gall – Consultant

  Luke's primary focus at headcount is to cultivate and drive forward the existing foothold within the prepaid sector, specializing predominantly in the provision of Sales/Product/Marketing disciplines.

  Originally Coming from the Payments industry in a Product/Business Development capacity for one of the world’s largest payment processors, Luke has developed a thorough understanding of the transactional landscape, business drivers and where to source and select tier 1 human capital. Luke's primary focus at headcount is to cultivate and drive forward the existing foothold within the prepaid sector, specializing predominantly in the provision of Sales/Product/Marketing disciplines. Luke is looking forward to contributing to the business and towards the company's International expansion plans within this segment.

  Ali Rehman – Researcher

  Ali’s key skills are within Service Delivery, Client Relationship and Researching for exceptional banking and Financial Services professionals with a solution oriented approach.

  Ali joins headcount from a PLC recruitment business where he was Researcher for the Investment Banking division and focusing specifically on IT. Ali graduated from Warwick Business School with a Technology management degree and has experience within Sales and Marketing disciplines. Ali’s key skills are within Service Delivery, Client Relationship and Researching for exceptional banking and Financial Services professionals with a solution oriented approach.
