Executive Search is the foundation of Headcounts leadership position in the
e-Payments sector. Our 5 step Search process is carried out as follows:
1. Define Objectives and Specifications
- Ensure understanding of client's business and culture
- Obtain client consensus on position's scope and responsibilities, compensation -package, reporting relationships and profile of the desired executive
- Develop the search plan
- Review and get feedback on the search plan with client
2. Identify and Assess Candidates
- Identify and confirm target sources using proprietary database and network of contacts
- Identify candidates, including internal ones as appropriate
- Screen and evaluate candidates
- Narrow list of candidates
- Prepare background profiles
- Review profiles with client
- Feedback from client
3. Interviews
- Facilitate client interviews of candidate
- Obtain feedback from client and candidate
- Conduct reference checks
- Prepare detailed profiles and evaluation reports on each candidate's strengths and weaknesses
- Select finalists to be interviewed
- Feedback from client and candidates
4. Select Executive
- Conduct finalist interviews
- Negotiate salary and benefits
- Feedback
5. Follow Up
- Ensure smooth transition and assimilation for executive
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Feedback

Advertised Selection
In the event that there is a multiple need, specific skill sets sought or a client wishes to brand itself, or attract candidates from competitive companies while maintaining candidate confidentiality and needs a 3rd party to manage the process then we offer a selection service. This is a retained recruitment process.
Permanent/Contingency Recruitment
Otherwise known as Database Search or File Search, this is a 'no win, no fee' service utilising the finely tuned Headcount database. Our consultants will take a complete job brief and match the person specification against pre-screened candidates held on our extensive database. Interviews are then organised and should a candidate introduced by Headcount commence employment with a client then a fee is charged.
