Job Description

Mission CORE MISSION
• In charge of promoting and selling Gemalto core products & services in UKI, especialy products and services related to e-Banking, to Banks in UKI.
. Grow existing acocunts and gain new accounts within Identified Target Accounts list
• Ensure and optimize revenue and margin generated for Gemalto at his customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promote, represent and engage Gemalto position towards existing and prospect accounts
• Liaise and coordinate internal resources (Customer Service, Project Manager Solution Manager, Marcom, Product Management) to match with objectives of revenue, of SLA and of customer satisfaction
• Increase market share, revenue and margin in line with quarterly and yearly objectives.
• Provide an accurate forecast to his management.
• Activity and market report:
-Prepare activity reports on a regular basis (weekly reports, monthly and quarterly reviews)
-Communicate on market forecast and any relevant information related to customers satisfaction and competition activity (completion of CRM data base and customer visit report)
Regular report about market needs and recommendations on products definition
Profile QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Business or engineering school diploma
• Fluent English
• Negotiation skills
• Preciseness and rigour
• Business/result oriented
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of IT market segment


Experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT segments and Sales
° Proven experience of selling to banks and gaining new accounts
