Job Description
Marketing Manager, Commercial Cards
Cards has a dedicated Marketing team whom are responsible for the development and delivery of the Comms Cards marketing strategy to drive usage, recruitment and customer loyalty for the business segments, from small business to large corporates.
The team also works closely with all our internal business partners across the Group to ensure that our products are part of the overall customer relationship pack and available for all business markets.
Requirements
This particular position is responsible for the delivery of Product Marketing campaigns in Commercial Cards covering:
Mandatory Notice of Variation of changes
Customer Acquisition campaigns (covering a number of channels including Direct Mail)
Customer Value Management campaigns (including Risk Based Pricing, Credit Limit increases and retention)
Product Marketing ownership to support delivery of new Commercial Card initiatives
Ownership of commercial Cards web pages, both internal and external
Working with our partners in GTS to raise profile of our Commercial Cards business as the No 1 product partner, and effectively utilise all cross sales opportunities
Essential Experience
Marketing experience, preferably in the Business Card/Financial Services areas
Experience of managing multi-discipline communication programmes - internal and external
Track record of developing communication and marketing plans in line with business strategy
Experience of managing projects successfully within complex structures whilst dealing with multiple stakeholders
Track record of managing internal and external suppliers
Experience of managing budgets

Other Key Tasks:
Whilst these are not essential skills, part of the deliverables in this role is in support of online projects and PR/Media communication activity. Marketing knowledge in these areas would be advantageous.
