Job Description

Position Summary:
Provide support services to the Sales, Client Services and other activities. In addition to day to day Tier 1 support for assigned accounts, the role involves interfacing with customers, sales, and technical resources to identify customer needs, resolve customer issues and support specific projects to ensure that the proposed solutions or final products meet the customers' requirements and expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Tier 1 and 1st line support for assigned accounts
• Engage with company multi-tiered issue resolution process and ensure paperwork and systems updated to track activities
• Participates in on-site visits, trade shows, and sales and marketing presentations to present technical solutions and respond to inquiries relative to technical aspects of solutions or products.
• Set up applications or products in customer environment and resolve customer issues identified in implementation / operation.
• Maintain technical knowledge regarding existing and newly released products.
• Advise customers regarding the technical aspects or features of prospective solutions or products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience.
• Technical qualifications/experience or non-technical degree
• IT and TCP/IP awareness
• 2 yrs experience in customer facing roles
• Experience of working close point of sale in any discipline is an advantage

Skills/Abilities
• Ability to operate in a fast moving, pressurized environment
• Ability to interface with customers, sales and technical resource personnel in a professional manner.
• Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex technical problems with logical and structured approach
• Demonstrate ability to understand new customer environment, payment industry and products and solutions.
• Work with limited supervision.
