Job Description
Requirement for the role:
- lead a team of account managers in retaining & growing Ecommerce relationships
- manage revenue & profitability growth across portfolio
- Actively performance manage a team of 10 -15 including coaching and development
Targets:
- Delivery against net income, portfolio risk & customer engagement metrics
- Customer Retention
- employee development plans & periodic performance reviews
Experience:
- Line management experience
- understanding of P&L accounts, budgets and analysis
- Relationship management/business development of large international clients within ecommerce
- In depth understanding of all aspects of card acquisition including authorisations, processing and settlement.
- Understanding of cost drivers within acquiring i.e. MPL interchange, scheme fees, settlement and funding
