Job Description

Position Summary:
The main purpose of this role will be to concentrate on Service Relationship Management with our existing Retail managed services customers. The role is to proactively interface between the service elements and the customers, monitor SLA achievement, mitigate “spin” issues and explore incremental opportunities.

Responsible for having a detailed understanding of the level the services our company deliver and their customer needs. This will be a customer care and commercial role which will support the Account Managers to win, retain and expand accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitors repair performance against Service Level Agreements with customers and third party suppliers.
• Formulates, agrees and documents operational level agreements with internal departments.
• Attends regular customer meetings to review and analyze reports and account profitability.
• Proactively initiates actions to maintain and improve service performance, reduce costs and increase profitability.
• Working closely with our internal suppliers to ensure issues are identified and remedial action taken to ensure minimal customer impact.
• Liaison with Third Party suppliers, partners, employees and customers ensuring continuity of service.

Reporting Relationships:
Reports to Retail Service Delivery Manager

Knowledge and Experience:
• Advanced knowledge of Service Delivery.
• Good understanding of customers needs.
• Proficient knowledge of customer services.
• Industry specific knowledge.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

Skills/Abilities:
• IT literate.
• Good communication skills.
