Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the eBanking Head of Pre-Sales and working in an international team of Cybercrime fighters, the Technical Account Manager owns and drives the technical interface to the customer(s) during pre-sales, project execution and for after-sales activities. In this role You will:
• Contributes to the promotion of the the organisation offer,
• Represent the customer technically within the organisation ,
• Are responsible for providing technical after-sales support to the customer.
In this role you will be responsible for large-scale cross technology customer engagements in all stages including pre- and after sales activities as well as technical solution implementation phase. Within the organisation you will also act as customer technical representative.
To fit this role the candidate will need to have strong commercial and technical client-facing skills including very strong presentation skills, as well as mastering strong business analyst abilities.
MAIN MISSIONS
Pre-sales key responsibilities
In this phase you will be involved in understanding and documenting customer needs, participates to the offer definition, customization and promotion as well as contributing to the tender technical answer. The main activities are:
• Create and present technical presentations
• Prepare and hold solution demos
• Organize customer trainings
• Define and document functional specification requirements and solution architecture overviews
• Provide market inputs to the solution group
Project execution key responsibilities
In this phase you will be the customer technical project owner, handling the customer technical needs from definition to deployment as well as acting as the customer technical representative within the organisation . Your main activities in this phase are:
• Project management: planning, reporting, stakeholders interface (personalization developer, manufacturing site, Product Manager, …), progress follow-up and control, …
• Documenting technical specifications,
• Customer/project required product customization
• Get customer technical approval on samples, pilots or prototypes
After-sales key responsibilities
In this phase the You will be the first interaction point of the customer managing the customer requirements and with the help of the the organisation back office departments finding appropriate technical solutions for customer requests and issues as well as managing customer communication under the control of the Sales Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills
Business
• Good relationship capabilities by establishing and building strong customer technical relationships,
• Acting as a major customer influencer to promote the organisation solutions and offerings
• The ability to produce conceptual designs for multi technology solutions as well as making solution/service trade-offs,
• Credibility when talking about technical issues/solutions.
• Representing the organisation at customer forums, conferences, and professional bodies to maintain and enhance the organisation reputation in the market place,
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
• Energy, dynamism, and cross technology evangelism,
• Positive attitude and negotiation skills,
• Good written and oral communication,
• Team working attitude,
• English is mandatory, local language is mandatory for some regions.
Technical
• Experience in digital security (cryptography, PKI, protocols),
• Multi operating systems, database engines and directory services
• Shaping technical proposals to be commercially acceptable by the customer,
• Proven ability producing documentation and presentation for a business and technical audience.
Would be a “plus”:
• Experience in smart card technology (personalization, deployment, …),
• Knowledge of JavaCard and The organisation .NET smart cards,
• Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions,
• Experience in eCommerce and eBanking security and infrastructure.
Education
• Engineering degree in Computer sciences, Electronics or Telecommunications
• Security certification like SSCP, CISSP, etc. would be considered a plus
