Having moved from Romania to Switzerland and then Spain to study Business Administration, I have learned that an international and fast-paced environment is what keeps me motivated and encourages me to always keep developing myself.
My family entrepreneurial spirit inspired me and my sister to begin our journey in the beauty sector in 2020, growing our start-up and becoming experts in the industry. Followed up by my experience in a Sales role, I was able to develop my commercial mindset even more and grow as a professional.
My next challenge is stepping into the Recruitment Industry, more specifically Payments and Fintech and putting all the skills acquired into practice and exploring my people skills even further.
