About The Opportunity

A an Account Manager you will be the primary business contact for  clients, and responsible for establishing and maintaining good long term relationships with them in a proactive way.

This opportunity requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to listen to identify any business or process improvements to the benefit  clients  Having a broad understanding of the Fintech and payments space is also key.

You Will Be Challenged To

  • To clearly understand the key objectives for each cleint assigned
  • Organise and manage regular calls (weekly / fortnightly) with assigned clients
    • Relay information back into relevant Stakeholders
    • Solicit and manage the correct members of the team
  • Ensure volume targets are met and exceeded
    • Identify any growth opportunities and work with Sales for any new commercial requirements
  • Provide a clear and concise weekly report to Head of Client Relations outlining the status of any ongoing topics and new points raised that week.

What You Bring to The Table

  • Experience in relationship building and management
  • Client focused solutions experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • Understanding of of payments and fintech
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Demonstrate a positive and pragmatic attitude
  • Make recommendations both internally and externally for the benefit of the business
