About the Account Development Manager:
As part of their growth strategy, my client is looking for a highly motivated, analytical, Account Development Manager to join the Gaming team in their Malta office. This position will be critical in building and maintaining long-term relationships with large international clients across the Gaming vertical.
Duties include:-

Managing the relationships of a portfolio of Gaming operators

Becoming a Subject Matter Expert in the product suite

Analysing data in order to identity new opportunities for your portfolio

Conducting thorough analysis of customer services and traffic patterns using number-crunching techniques to derive value-driven business decisions

Taking ownership of commercial negotiations and other supporting activities with respective customer

Work thorough analysis of various pricing models with regards to pricing negotiations

Managing external and internal stakeholders

Upselling-and-cross selling towards your existing portfolio
Requirements:-

Previous experience within a Payment organisation in a Product, Business Analyst or Partnership role

Excellent analytical skills, both data and numerical

Stakeholder management experience – internal and external

Able to use logic and problem-solving skills to find the relevant solutions

Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way
