About The Opportunity
Our client is a white label “one-stop” global provider supporting PSPs, banks and acquirers bridging payments and commerce through a market-leading proprietary technology platform.
You will be in responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with a large number of international clients that are experts in the FS / Fintech industry. You will have to oversee the relationship with clients while bringing profitable income to the company.
You will be Challenged to:
- Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling.
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
- Develop and maintains long-term relationships with clients.
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Communicates client needs and demands internally.
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to client’ needs and objectives while managing expectations and meeting company goals.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Co-ordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
- 5+ years Account Management / Relationship Management / Customer Success experience.
- 3+ years of experience within the Fintech or the Payments space.
- Exposure working with FIs or Fintech clients.
- Ability to manage multiple Projects and Relationships simultaneously.
- Be a motivated and dynamic self-starter who isn't afraid to take risks and think creatively.
- High level customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation, listening, communication, presentation skills.
- Be a people person - this role is about relationships, and strong communication ability is key.
