Brand and Campaign Manager

This is an opportunity to contribute to everything that makes a marketing strategy and plan deliver – from maintaining and optimising the strategic foundations, to embedding the brand throughout the business and our audience touch points, all the way to briefing and delivering energetic but highly targeted and smart B2B campaigns on a quarterly basis.

This opportunity has the potential for a huge impact on the business and a chance to delight our customers, prospects, and wider audiences. You’ll work with almost every internal department in embedding our brand strategy but keep a keen eye on our customers to ensure that every campaign has their needs at the heart of it.

You will also be able to implement and measure success metrics for all campaigns and work to ensure we can prove what’s working, learn lessons, and push the boundaries.

What you'll do
  • Maintain and build the strongest strategic foundations to enable our marketing teams to succeed.
  • Embed my client´s brand into the wider business working with all departments and building strong relationships with key stakeholders who will be allies in brand guardianship.
  • Plan, build and launch creative campaigns that speak directly to my client´s target audiences, aligns to their brand positioning, and have strong ABM and nurture components to support my client´s commercial targets.
  • Work closely with my client´s digital department to ensure efficient campaign planning and roll out across digital channels
  • Ensure the marketing function is connected and cohesive in its approach to positioning and messaging.
  • Able to implement success metrics and data measurement to ensure that my client can prove campaign success and overall brand health over time.

What are the requirements?
  • Proven experience running brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in the payments, fintech or banking sectors would be highly valued
  • Experience briefing, managing, and supporting agencies in the delivery of campaigns.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Asana, Miro and Jira
  • Experience with building and running internal and external campaigns.
  • Solid experience working with a wide range of senior stakeholders, juggling feedback, and gaining timely approvals. Experience working with execs would also be helpful.
  • Experience working to pre-agreed campaign KPI’s and delivering robust post-campaign reporting
  • Demonstrated accountability for and success in keeping projects within scope and budget
  • Proven track record managing multi-agency workstreams with parallel timelines and interdependencies
  • Experience managing and growing brands over the long term.
  • Understanding and experience managing and maintaining brand management tools such as Frontify or Bynder.
