Brand and ethics are of central importance to this impactful payments company, who are looking for a highly motivated and like-minded Business Development Manager to directly contribute to its growth and success. The right candidate will convert inbound leads and self-generate new partnership opportunities to expand and grow the business. This is a fully remote role.
Candidate skills and experience
Your challenge will be working within a company that is backed by global standards and expert climate partners, so professionalism and an unwavering, stubborn attitude towards ethical selling are a pre-requisite. You will also have tenacity, motivation, impeccable organization skills and a strong business acumen. A positive mindset and customer-centric core is a must.
Essential requirements:

3-5 years experience in a sales-based role (SAAS desirable)

Ability to generate and win new customers

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Ability to work remotely in the UK

Excellent interpersonal and phone-based presentation skills

Maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues and partners

Update and manage contact database with accurate profiles, notes and relevant information

Able to display integrity, be goal-oriented and have a competitive and energetic nature

Be service-oriented with a positive approach, can-do attitude, and “think outside the box”

Be “in tune” with environmental matters and passionate about climate control
