  • To support the Treasury Manager:
    • To ensure that the operations of Card Services are and remain compliant with all bank policies, applicable legislation and card scheme rules.
    • To produce a regular reconciliation of the Banking products between the client, the issuer and other payment providers;
    • Act as a trusted point of contact for all operational matters with the key client stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be involved, as directed by the Treasury Manager in all new card programme launches to ensure that there has been due consideration to meet
    • Bank policies;
    • Relevant national legislation;
    • Card Scheme rules.
  • To produce month end Visa and MasterCard fee statements between the client and the issuer;
  • To ensure that the client’s operational processes are running smoothly and work in a pro-active manner to identify and eliminate issues that may arise
  • Any other ad hoc duties that may be required from to time to time.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong and independent mindset to escalate issues where required.
  • Operational and client management experience within payments
  • Self-motivated and able to deliver complex work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple project tasks.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Ideally some experience of fraud issues relating to Cards Business in an FSA regulated environment.
