About The Opportunity
  • A tech-savvy Payments Processing business that connects cardholders, merchants, and banks is looking for a Change Manager professional for their Milan team.
  • You will join an established business whose revenue in 2021 was over 3.5 and has over 20k employees across 50 locations.
You Will be Challenged To:
  • Managing change end to end
  • Ensure change processes adhere to Requests for Change RFC
  • Develop change management processes and procedures
  • Discuss and align requirements with product stakeholders and customers
  • Process improvement
  • Organize and Chair Change related meetings
  • Post implementation review meetings
  • Communicate the progress and outcome of changes
  • Control of Expedited and Emergency Changes
  • Oversee any follow-up actions identified by stakeholders and be a Point of Contact for changes and the development roadmap
  • Service Improvement activities related to the Change Management process
What you Bring To The Table:
  • 3+ years of Change Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience driving change processes across multiple applications, regions, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering and industry best practices for the software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment process and techniques.
Additional Values Qualifications:
  • Familiar with Cloud Environments or hands-on experience in go-to-cloud initiatives
  • Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle or similar methodologies
  • Familiar with releases across many integrated and distributed teams
