About The Opportunity

An FCA-regulated e-money neobanking institution which delivers banking services to retail institutions on a white label basis is looking for a Chief Project Officer.

You will be responsible for building and running the project office within the product space.

You Will Be Challenged To

  • Build and manage the project office and project team, responsible for management of white label and internal projects.
  • Mediate between product and tech teams as well as WL partners.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage them.
  • Prepare a budget, based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Monitor and report on product KPIs.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with strategic design to gain an understanding of users’ pain points and journeys.
  • Provide insights into product, technology and market trends.
  • Assist with development of feature lists, user stories and roadmaps.
  • Identify, study and prioritise requirements.
  • Be driven by the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, “snackable and sharable”.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of project management and related experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
  • Good project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying product roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
  • Technical awareness, UI/UX, Agile approach & multitasking.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline.
