We’re looking for an experienced CRO Manager to join a leading Forex and CFD platform and develop CRO strategy and create sustainable growth in conversion of traffic across multiple owned channels. Key Responsibilities - Create conversion optimisation strategies using both qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews) and quantitative (traffic source analysis, web analytics tools) sources. - Carry out MVT and A/B testing, analyse results and make recommendations. - Understand and optimise the digital customer journey. - Work closely with a variety of departments – Commercial, UX, Product, Development, Content/Design, Analytics. - Develop and own the testing program to improve on-site conversion - Collaborate with other teams such as acquisition, social and brand to ensure consistency across all channels. - Build business cases based on test results, to inform future volume and revenue growth - Continuously innovate, thinking of new ways to drive engagement. - Analyse results and identify successes, failures, and trends, and effectively communicate these to stakeholders. Skills / experience: - 3+ years CRO experience - A/B and MVT testing experience - Experience with Google Analytics and other optimisation/web analytics tools like Adobe Omniture. - Deep understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to client projects. - Manage multiple projects with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership with little supervision. - Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, as well as oral and written communication skills. - Familiarity with conversion optimization testing tools such as LiveBall, Optimizely, SiteSpect, Test & Target, Optimizely, Unbounce.
