About the Company

This company is a rising star in the Fintech sector, it specialises in providing innovative digital payment services across multiple industry sectors including banking, retail, hospitality and gaming . It is a spin off of a large international business in the finance sector.  

They have innovative and well received product which is very relevant in the current climate (the cashless payment sector being the hottest market currently). This role is a very desirable role for anyone in the payments sector who sells into the gaming sector.

Currently having a team of over 100 experts in payments, gaming, and software engineering. They serve a range of exciting international markets, including Brazil, Romania, Italy, Greece, Germany, the UK, and Spain.

The Role

This role is based in Malta and reports into a sales director.

As a Customer Success Manager, your main role will be to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, identify opportunities for new business from existing customers, and actively pursue new sales prospects.

You will also work closely with various internal teams, including Business Development, AML, Client Onboarding, Technical, and Operations teams, to enhance the overall customer experience. This position may involve occasional travel.

The Candidate

  • You will act as the primary point of contact for customer management matters.

  • You will establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with the portfolio clients and maximize their growth.

  • You will upsell to existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.

  • You will monitor correct implementation of integration and launch of payment methods; facilitate post-launch marketing and promotional activities.

The Candidate

  • You have previous experience as an Account Manager/Junior Account Manager or a similar role in the fintech industry/payments solutions and/or online gaming.

  • Demonstrate your ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Prove your ability to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
