Our Client is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager with a solid network within Binance and the crypto industry, to join our growing multinational Commercial Team. The Enterprise Sales Manager’s sole goal (initially) is to partner with Binance.

The ideal candidate is tenacious, self-starter, professional, and displays strong communication skills. We are looking for a caring individual, with a disruptive attitude who is willing to closely collaborate with all internal stakeholders to get the job done. The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.

The Commercial Team’s mission is to drive business past the finish line, simplifying complexity.

What will you be doing?

  • Become the shadow of Binance's decision makers, where they go, you go
  • Travel to events and Binance offices to meet key decision makers in person
  • Organise and host hospitality events with Binance’s decision-makers
  • Own the whole onboarding process of Binance, from identifying and qualifying key decision makers to sell our client’s products and services, to ensuring the fast completion of the KYB process and API integration, ensuring the delivery of a world-class experience throughout
  • Gain and display a solid, in-depth understanding of the payment solutions, markets and services offered by our client and its competitors
  • Regularly report progress to the CCO and the board of directors
  • Once the primary goal intended for this role is achieved, our client will extend the scope of the role to other key enterprise targets

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Have a solid network of contacts within Binance and the crypto industry
  • Have extensive knowledge of the payments and crypto industry
  • At least 5 years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Highly customer-focused, experienced in managing strategic accounts and C-level relationships
  • Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills – additional languages are a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial confidence
  • Team player who can effectively coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation in an international and multicultural environment
  • Critical thinking mindset capable to plan and execute autonomously
  • Available to travel to conferences, industry/team events and to visit Binance as and when required
