The role involves:

  • Initiating support campaigns to drive additional growth
  • Discovering and exploring opportunities through contacting potential partners
  • Locating and proposing potential business deals
  • Liaising with companies and signing partners
  • Working with relevant entities and teams to identify and develop partner opportunities
  • Collaborating with other teams
  • Coordinating with internal company teams to facilitate onboarding and revenue
  • Attending trade shows as needed to identify new business opportunities
  • Targeting resellers, referral partners, acquiring banks, gateways, PSP/gateway/e-money & PSD license, fraud solution providers, digital goods & subscription payment
  • Visiting partners on-site as needed


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales training in lieu of degree
  • 7+ years of business development or sales experience, specifically in the payments disputes / chargebacks or fraud / risk space
  • Highly-motivated individual with excellent sales and management skills
  • Top communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate contracts
  • Expertise in managing relationships
  • Diligent and persistent, exemplifying solid follow up/follow through capabilities
  • Willingness to travel
  • Local (London) and remote presence
