Global payment processor, expanding into the UK, is looking for a Head of Finance to administer and apply the Senior Management budget as approved by the Board of Directors and act as one of the persons who effectively directs the Company’s financial operations.
Candidates must have experience in a similar role within the Payments industry and will be comfortable working in a start-up environment.
- Ensuring that the business is conducted in line within the budgetary targets that the CEO has set and the Board of Directors has approved
- To ensure that the Company maintains at all times functional corporate and clients’ accounts and that client’s funds are always kept segregated from Company funds.
- Report to the CEO on an ongoing basis, the external factors affecting costs, the price at which competitors offer the same services, and the cost-benefit ratio for each service, and verify that such information is utilised by the senior management in formulating the Company’s strategy.
Candidates must also have an Accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
