We are seeking a dynamic payments professional with experience in the iGaming industry to take on the role of Head of Payment Solutions. This individual will be able to solve problems, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, display leadership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities:
• Manage the “payments” aspects of onboarding, configuration and performance
• Drive the payments vertical, ensuring adequate coverage in target markets
• Manage relationships with key providers, ongoing negotiation with all providers for better commercial and operational terms
• Work in collaboration with the Risk, Fraud and Payments team
• Source and manage the payment providers, including the management of conversion, optimization and monetization
• Manage balances and settlements
• Implementation of contingency plans to ensure minimal business disruptions
• Build and maintain tools and reporting to continuously monitor and improve payments performance
• Responsible for ensuring that departmental KPIs are being met
You bring to the table:
• Experienced in selecting, negotiating with and managing payments providers
• Sound understanding of the payments processing cycle
• Experienced Payments expert with several years experience in managing payments within the iGaming sector, ideally for operators
• Concrete knowledge of current laws, regulations, and common practices in Payments
• Good network of PSPs and familiarization with various payment methods
• Strong communications skills with all levels of personnel
• Can-do attitude
• Sense of urgency and ownership
• Sharp and attentive to detail
• Fluent in English
