What we are looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development and/or B2B sales.

  • Previous experience in creating sales pipelines, sales generation and conversion assessment.

  • Someone proactive, quick leaners and hungry to expand your knowledge.

  • Fluency using tools such as, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, etc

  • Experience using CRM and email campaign management tools if preferred.

  • Clear understanding and knowledge of Financial Institutions.

What you are going to do

  • Research Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and entities to find and cultivate leads.

  • Understand the product to successfully introduce the value proposition and be capable to deal with doubts and reasonable questions.

  • Target driven looking to overachieve individual and team targets and KPIs.

  • Use our client’s CRM system for forecasting and pipeline management. As well as keeping customer’s data updated to make use of it for current marketing promotions.

  • Identifying, qualifying and engaging with sales leads, transferring the prospect to the Business Development Managers to take over across the sales process.

  • Develop and nurture potential relationships by constantly engaging with them by using customised communications, for example, marketing content, innovative and winning strategy materials, and company news to move prospects through the pipeline to sales acceptance.

  • Gain new sales prospects out of incoming lead follow-up and outbound contacts.

  • To work alongside the Partnerships team to create and execute various plans for prospect selection, outreach, and assessment.
