An award-winning and pioneering company seeks a motivated and driven Junior Sales Executive to join a fast-growing, scale-up, dynamic tech and payments company.

About the opportunity
This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive with an interest in mobile / wearable / IOT technology, to directly contribute towards the growth of an expanding, innovative business. Candidate skills and experience 
The position will require you to achieve growth and sales targets within a small team to grow the emerging wearables ecosystem, bringing new clients to the team with the primary focus on Bank Issuers, Wearable vendors (OEMs) and Retail Brands. You will use personal sales skills and industry knowledge to deliver the company’s strategic sales plans and ultimately expand the customer base.  You will develop and maintain customer order pipeline, as well as develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics. A keen interest and enthusiasm for sales and an ability to think on your own feet is therefore a must!

Essential requirements:
•    3 years minimum experience in a sales focused role in financial services, retail, identity, secure semiconductors or technical consultancy
•    Genuine enthusiasm and a passion for selling and closing sales
•    Leadership, management, negotiation, and relationship building skills
•    Familiar with using the Salesforce CRM platform
•    Resilient and positive outlook, resourcefulness, motivation and a good-natured flexible personality

Desired experience:
•    Knowledge of Digital Payments Industry
•    Experience working in a small company environment / smaller team where flexibility is required
•    Knowledge/experience of the wearables/smartcard market
•    Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline
