Our client a fast growing online payment solution is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join their expanding Enterprise team. You will be a key-member of the Enterprise Marketing team, directly contributing to the growth of their business by enabling operational rigor and structure.

You will ensure that no lead is left behind, every marketing touch point is attributable, their  sales & marketing stacks work together perfectly,  money is spent effectively, and that they operate in a coordinated way globally. 

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing, and connecting marketing and sales tools and processes, to start consistent and qualified lead generation (SAL/SQL), comprehensive reporting and personalized journeys for different customer personas or products. We’re looking for someone who has deep experience with Salesforce and marketing automation and understands the enterprise sales process as well as marketing KPIs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Establish and maintain scalable marketing operations processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.

Work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Analytics and Finance to develop a holistic view of their revenue funnel from first touch through to closed won with clear attribution of marketing ROI. 

Oversee the operational aspects of campaign planning, preparation, tracking and ROI attribution. 

Ensure systems and processes are set up to ensure they are collecting the right data in the right way at the right time. 

Develop global processes to manage database hygiene and optimization and partner with Sales Ops, CRM and Digital Marketing to improve gaps in data health. 

You will have

Deep experience using Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua or Marketo. 

Thorough understanding of the enterprise sales process.

Analytical mindset, comfortable developing and analyzing marketing attribution reports. 

Ability to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that balance business needs and system maintainability. 

Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively when creating reports or dashboards. 

Project management skills; can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic & global environment.
