A well established payments solution provider is looking for a dynamic Partner Account Manager to join their growing, high-energy team. 

As a Partner Account Manager, you will manage, maintain and retain partnerships. Together with business partners, you convert opportunities into solutions for joint customers. As a Partner Account Manager, you will facilitate growth for partners, customers and the company. You will fulfil a pivotal role to enable our partners to deliver the business high quality, high value recurring opportunities.  

Through passion, drive, tenacity, innovation, and focus you will create a sector by sector targeting approach developing sector specific propositions to maximise conversion both of the partner and the partners customers across the full payment ecosystem. 

Role responsibilities: 
  • Work alongside internal teams and stakeholders to create strategies, including the use of support tools, sector proposition, and marketing collateral 
  • Target existing partners to garner referrals 
  • Work collaboratively with supporting teams to effectively onboard each new partner 
  • Work in close communication with the Senior Partnership Account & Enablement Manager to maximise partner collaboration and revenue 
  • Create weekly & monthly reports 
  • Executing strategy for success 
  • Proactively maintain relationships both internally and externally 
  • Seek and unlock new market opportunities 
  • Contribute to team goals 
What you bring to the table: 
  • Great communication,  both written and verbal, spanning sales, service and technology 
  • Skilled in both building and managing relationships 
  • Ideally, knowledge of the payment industry, e-commerce or FinTech.  
  • Thirst for knowledge, a willingness to learn, drive to grow business and yourself
