About The Opportunity

You will be working with the the Global Acceptance Team building a global acceptance footprint on behalf of the rapidly growing number of cardholders. This position will play a key role in ensuring the firm continues to deliver on this objective by driving increased efficiency through improved analysis, sales pipeline management, project tracking and reporting.

About You

We are searching for a PMO lead consultant with sales support and administration experience to join the Global Acceptance EMEA PMO Team. The successful individual work closely with the EMEA Relationship Managers and the Senior Leadership team by performing business analysis, sales pipeline management, contract management and Budget Forecasting.  

You will be challenged to

  • Day to day responsibility for the EMEA Global Acceptance Team Sales Pipeline, Budget Forecasting, Invoice Processing and all associated tracking, reporting and exception management.

  • Provide key liaison between internal key stake holders, (Legal, Vendor Set Up, Account Payable and Finance) and GA Relationship Managers, etc.

  • Operate as subject expert in tools related to administration tasks, provide ad hoc support and training on all processes and supporting tools, including SalesForce, Sharepoint, Concur Expense Management, Invoice Processing, Excel etc.

  • Represent the EMEA PMO function in work with the PMO global team to share best practice and ensure alignment between other Regions, and be the agent for change in driving process improvement.

  • Full ownership of EMEA GA Merchant validation process, including test card management, validation of enablement and communication to stakeholders and act as central liaison to report merchant activation status and acceptance quality. 

  • Strong business data analytical skills are required to inform business strategy and priorities, including the Leverage of industry reports and internal volume data.

  • Management and delivery of effective and consistent communication on team successes and progress to all internal key stakeholders.

  • Managing scheduled weekly and monthly reporting, and internal communication.

  • Analyzes and identifies areas for process improvements. 

  • Analyzes and documents business landscapes. Reviews business opportunities and assess commercial viability. Develops strategic country and account plans. 

  • Designs business performance reports. Produces sales pipelines reports.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Technology, or related field.

  • Experience in Analytics, Business Performance, Business Processes, or related field. 

  • Working experience in the Payments industry, ideally in Acquiring with international exposure.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, (word, excel, PowerPoint, teams), SalesForce, SharePoint, TeraData.

  • Excellent communication skills, (written and verbal).

  • Highly driven, self-starter who has experience of adding value to a senior level, highly effective team.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
