We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager who will be part of the Product Management team responsible for owning and delivering product vision. The main focus of the role is transforming customer and business requirements into successful product features and enhancements.

This role works closely with our customers, technical teams, business, sales, legal, compliance and operational teams.


• Develop an in-depth understanding of the way customers interact with company’s products

• Propose strategy, product vision, requirements and KPIs for delivering successful products aligned with company’s strategy

• Propose design and build products, meeting the business requirements and user needs

• Work closely with the development team to deliver the agreed roadmap: gather requirements, write specs, prioritize feature milestones, facilitate discussions and drive resolution of issues

• Collaborate with different stakeholders and communicate clearly and in alignment with the product roadmap

• Be responsible for the product backlog delivery

• Constantly monitor the market competition

• Ensure data-driven decision making and planning approach: define and achieve KPIs to measure success

• Analyze, manage, iterate, and track the continued success of all production features

• Implement industry best practices in the product development process Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of managing successful products

• Knowledge of the product lifecycle

• Experience with B2B products

• Experience in the payment/fintech industry

• Understanding of the global digital payment landscape and recent trends

• Understanding of the technical aspects of card processing

• Proven track record of delivering products through collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams and improving KPIs in a fast-paced environment

• Strong business judgment capabilities and ability to make reliable business decisions during execution

• Excellent communicator, both in Bulgarian and English

• Excellent project management and organizational skills
