Our client is a fast growing organization within the payment processing space on high risk verticals across LATAM, EMEA and APAC.  They are looking for a PSP MANAGER that will manage an existing portfolio of PSP partners and will pro-actively onboard new partners to maintain a healthy and profitable pipeline.

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain relationships with our existing PSP partners, reviewing and negotiating their agreements. You will be the first point of contact for the PSPs.
  • Obtain information on the list of clients processing through each PSP (being new or existing clients for our client) and aim to build and maintain relationships with the top 3 merchants for each PSP (where possible).
  • Ensure that the PSPs and top merchants have the best and most recent integration and solutions offered by our client
  • Build a sales pipeline for our client’s payment solutions and proactively onboard  new PSP partners in the iGaming, Forex and Crypto verticals
  • Create and periodically review your yearly portfolio expansion strategy, outlining the   goals, plans and timelines for each merchant
  • Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with your merchants and internal stakeholders, consistently monitoring the goals set
  • Full Ownership of the PSP,  P&L.
  • Managing and coordinating efficient onboarding processes with the Sales & Account Management, owning the entire lifecycle
  • Create a strategy with the VPs of Sales & Account Management, outlining the goals for this business unit and how it can successfully contribute and compliment the commercial team
  • Ensure that PSPs receive their monthly commission together with any reconciliation reports that need to be sent each month.
  • Train PSPs’ Sales Managers on how to sell out client’s solution
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as Product & Integrations to ensure that our partners have all the tools at their disposal to push our products to their respective merchants in all the active markets. (such as PPTs, Payment flows samples etc.)
  • Active monitoring of the cost efficiency and overall performance of the PSPs & their respective merchants


Knowledge, skills & abilities

  • 3+ years of Sales/Business Development experience, preferably within the iGaming / Forex / Crypto sector.
  • Highly customer-focused, experienced in managing strategic accounts and growing an existing business portfolio
  • Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills – additional languages are a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial confidence
  • Team player who can effectively coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation in an international and multicultural environment
  • Highly analytical approach: ability to identify/prioritise initiatives with the highest impact
  • Critical thinking mind-set capable to plan and execute autonomously
  • Positive, can-do attitude, focused on execution and results.
  • Growth mind-set open to seek and receive feedback and willing to continuously improve as a person and professional
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Able to view problems from the other’s perspective, and the drive to resolve them.

  • Available to travel to conferences, industry/team events and to visit merchants
