Highly skilled and experienced PSP Manager required, to oversee the iGaming payment service provider operations of a
start-up Casino And Sportsbook Affiliate Program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with PSPs, optimizing payment processes, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that customers receive the best payment experience possible. 

Key responsibilities:-
  • Manage relationships with payment service providers to ensure efficient and effective payment processing. 

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with PSPs to optimize payment processes, reduce fraud, and improve customer experience. 

  • Monitor and analyse payment trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase transaction success rates and decrease chargebacks. 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization. 

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant regulations. 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. 

Must haves:-

  • Previous experience working as part of a payment division for a Curacao-regulated casino brand. 

  • 3+ years of experience in the high-risk payments sector, with a focus on payment service provider management. 

  • Extra Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external teams. 

  • Knowledge of payment processing regulations and compliance requirements. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 

  • Experience with payment gateway integration, fraud management, and chargeback prevention.
