Candidate skills and experience 
The position will require you to take ownership of all outbound and inbound sales within the company, bringing new clients to the team with the primary focus on Bank Issuers, Wearable vendors (OEMs), Stadia & Events and Retail Brands, as well as successfully managing the sales team. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand the customer base, as well as taking overall responsibility for the salesforce pipeline management. There is an overarching need for responsibility, enthusiasm, drive, and the ability to put acquired industry knowledge to good use.

Essential requirements:
•    5 years minimum experience in a sales leadership role in financial services, retail, identity, secure semiconductors or technical consultancy
•    Genuine enthusiasm and a passion for selling and closing sales
•    Leadership, management, negotiation, and relationship building skills
•    Familiar with using the Salesforce CRM platform
•    Ability to recruit and train new sales staff
•    Collaboratively work with Engineering, Product Management and Business Development teams to research and develop models to maximise sales
•    Time and budget management skills

Desired experience:
•    Knowledge of Digital Payments Industry
•    Experience working in a small company environment / smaller team where flexibility is required
•    Knowledge/experience of the wearables/smartcard market
•    Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline
