A growing London-based payments solutions provider seeks a Senior Operations Manager, to help execute the company’s plans of transforming payments compliance into a supporter of innovation for Banks and Fintechs.

Partner with internal cross-functional teams to identify gaps, examine opportunities, and model improvements against speed, cost, and acceptance. Also ensure continued compliance with all Payment scheme and regulatory requirements, through partnership with Risk/Compliance.

Own payment issues from beginning to end, working with IT, Risk, Compliance, Sales (as appropriate) and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a systematic and timely fashion.

Support implementation teams within payments and across the entire company as a subject matter expert on operational matters.

Work with Finance team to reconcile inbound and outbound payments with transactional reporting, and trouble-shoot any issues efficiently.

Develop, build and maintain Service Level Agreements between internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth and efficient management of all operational activities.
