Scope of Responsibility:
- Manage relationships with strategic payment partners and vendors, including serving as the main point of contact, supporting onboarding of new customers and maintenance of existing customers to grow the partnership.
- Collaborate with our commercial team to create, support, and monitor special projects to increase the number of customers using our payment solutions around the globe.
- Serve as an advisor on the payment landscape, providing resources to our commercial team and clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in managing business relationships – a must
- Knowledge in the Payment industry – a must
- Ability to think ‘out of the box’, see the big picture and the details
- Service-oriented & positive approach, can-do attitude
- English Proficiency (verbal and written) at a very high level – a must
