About The Opportunity

Looking for a qualified Technical Account Manager to join a driven and multinational team. 

As a TAM you will be overseeing and addressing customers’ technical needs, you will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring always customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.

You Will Be Challenged To

  • Acquire excellent product and technical knowledge to provide the best technical support to clients.

  • Analyze prospects’ business and technical requirements, and help planning solutions that meet those needs

  • In some cases, you will need to work together with product development teams to customize products for individual customers.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve

  • You will need to monitor the progress of product installations to ensure that they are successful.

  • You will be responsible for monitoring the support requests to identify any recurring issues and may recommend changes to products. 

What Tou Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related studies or, alternative, professional technical experience.

  • Knowledge in the following technologies is a MUST

    • SQL

    • REST APIs

  • Desired (not essential) technicalskills

    • Business Intelligence tools

    • Experience in the following areas is a plus: New Relic and Linux

    • Programing (capable of reading and understanding OOP code for understanding system behaviours)

  • Experience in dealing with customers from a technical approach and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (MUST) and Spanish (DESIRED).
