Client Success Manager / Account Manager

Our client is an innovative, fast growing fin-tech brand who has created a technology platform offering mobile products to key retailers and consumers alike. They are revolutionising the market and payments space and are looking for driven sales professionals who are keen to board their journey and ultimately build a fantastic career.

We are seeking an exceptional Client Success Manager/Account Manager who will be responsible for growing and retaining strong client relationships whilst ensuring internal teams are delivering a bespoke client experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Account management: you’ll build and maintain valuable B2B relationships with clients
  • Reporting & analytics: you’ll regularly analyse client data and provide sound recommendations to enhance business growth.
  • Collaboration: you’ll foster strong internal relationships across the business (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, Product, Finance)
  • Partnership engagement: you’ll be mindful of brand and opportunities to maximise our collaboration in the here and now and future.
  • Trouble-shoot: If any issue arises, you will triage and solve; you’ll work with relevant teams to spot any common issues and drive forward with iterations to ensure that our product goes from strength to strength.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience gained in a client facing and B2B account management role such as Client Services Manager, Partnership Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Account Executive or similar
  • Experience working in the hospitality, food and beverage and, or payments space is desirable
  • A track record of smashing targets and identifying client growth opportunities
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Hubspot, Intercom, or MixPanel or similar is desirable
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Tech savvy - you are at ease demonstrating a product effectively
  • A confident and compelling communicator - both verbally and in writing
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle volume and pace
  • Ability to handle ambiguity
  • Highly collaborative - able to work across teams (i.e with product, tech, legal, finance, marketing, account management) to deliver results
  • Able to join the dots and understand the impact of your actions in achieving wider goals / the big picture
  • A self-starter and able to prioritise own workload effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of growing with a rapidly scaling company is desirable
